Lies, lies, and crappy routers
Had to call multiple times to arrange installation, each time I was told they would call me back and they never did. When the engineer did finally come to install it he knocked a big chuck of plaster out of my wall, and told me twice since that he would come and repair the damage he caused, but like most 4th utility employees he was just blatantly lying to me.
The signal strength is also weak, barely covers my small flat, and the speeds I’m getting are nowhere near what I’m paying for. I suspect the router is just very low quality, but the external fibre cable is wired straight into it, so I cannot replace it with a better one.
