I had a x6 week wait on my glasses as they were stuck in the system and received an incorrect pupillary distance check email. I had countless visits to the shop for poor fit and finally discovered that I had an incorrect prescription due to headaches and nausea. Staff checked my records after numerous trips to the store and mentioned there had been no QC.
I had no acknowledgement or response from customer services for weeks before I reached out on instagram. The lenses have been updated but I don’t trust A&T as they’ve shown themselves to be negligent so I’ve returned.
The sunnies are nice, but if you need prescription glasses I genuinely wouldn’t bother.
