I bought this scooter for my son at the end of April 2023, after 3 weeks it stopped working, I sent email after email with no response, so got in touch with my bank, then the company sent me a return address.
I returned the scooter and sent them the tracking information etc, still now I’m waiting for a refund, no one reply’s to your email and I’m left £250.00 down. My advice is stay clear of this company. SCAMMERS
