Damaged clothing clearly tried on by someone else…
Paid for next day delivery for a dress for a christening. When i received it, it had a huge tear across the front, an obvious stretch tear suggesting someone too large for the dress had forced it on before it was sent to me. They tried to tell me this damage.had happened in transit. I asked for an explanation as to how it could have been stretched from inside to plastic bags. Obviously, they couldn’t explain.
Asos unable to replace, they don’t even make an effort to make amends. My dress is still available but they just suggested i buy an alterntive dress – which was a completely different colour, style and more expensive! And also totally inappropriate for a christening. I didn’t ask for their fashion advice, which was somewhat lacking anyway, i asked for a dress thay wasn’t damaged!
Awful customer service.
