Poor customer service and returns
Really liked AX Paris and would usually look here as one of my first port of calls when looking for an occasion dress. However, after the customer service I have experienced this week I can honestly say I won’t be ordering again.
The returns policy states, 14 days from date of order, when the consumer rights act states 14 days from RECEIPT. I tried to arrange a return on day 12 of receipt but the returns portal wouldnt allow it so i contacted AX P on the return portal via the contact us form to ask for help (day 12!).
I received no response and had to email them which was then outside the 14 days of delivery but I did contact them on day 12.
They are now claiming I did not contact them, and will only offer a credit note for almost £300 worth of goods !
The returns policy is completely taking advantage of customers and I think it’s disgusting. Along with all the additional costs other reviews have mentioned I will not be using them again.
