Not bad, could improve in a few minor areas
So far, so good. Applying for a 1year fixed rate savings account was relatively straightforward. The Onfido ID&V tech was a bit iffy, asking me to place my face in the oval shape but capturing my entire background at a wide angle. That needs improving as anyone could’ve been in the background.
A couple of other things I’d like to see improve: One, make it clear what the minimum amount is that I can transfer. I always like to send £1 just to make sure I have the account details correct. It was rejected by Beehive for being below the £500 threshold.
Also, the time limit for adding funds is incredibly vague: ‘a few days’. Well, what exactly is that? Other banks make it absolutely clear when the deadline passes. But other than those, all looks good.
