Came back to her after the initial enquiry because of the helpfulness even though another firm was a bit cheaper. Molly subsequently matched / bettered the price as well so that was good. 👍
Got through quickly each time and it was easy to hear Molly with not Much background noise. When another colleague answered on one occasion she was also happy to help and get me through to Molly.
A company in Southport had noisy colleagues in the background swearing and shouting. BP in St Anne’s were a bit rude, although the initial lady was helpful when I rung back later in the day to chase the quote the person who answered seemed to have no interest, presumably because it was somebody else’s enquiry to deal with.
Whatever structure and techniques Bell are encouraging in the office, compared to other firms I tried today it was noticeably better.
When our other Taxis renewal comes up later in the year I’ll definitely be ringing Bell.
