Excellent and straight forward with the task..
I have always tried my best to keep my cards under control, but I did not do what I thought I would and it got way out of hand. I received the flyer about Lendvia, and I called and spoke to David Karmann, it was more like talking to a family member. He was so polite, and right on the concern for trying to help me, when something happens like this, I do not sleep. I stay awake at night asking myself why did you do all of this. My husband of 55 years passed away and 2 family members are very ill and I just needed an outlet to find a way to go about this. I honestly can not say enough about David Karmann, i hope and pray that your company will never let this man leave your company. He is so soft spoken and did not make me feel like I had to hurry at any point in our conversation. If I ever need someone to talk to or ask questions , he will be the one I will ask for. Thank You for allowing this man to help me. I appreciate him and if everyone in your company does the same, then your company will be around forever. Thank You and Thank you David.
