Blacks use EVRI – TERRIBLE move
Blacks use EVRI as their courier service. The countries worst courier.
My first order was lost in transit, this was only established when i chased after 5 days.
Replacement order despatched with no apology, nor expedited delivery by way of compensation. Guess what.
EVRI again have failed to deliver.
Why am I logging this against Blacks? They are who the order is with and they should take ownership and responsibility with the problem.
I chose Blacks rather than purchasing the same items via Amazon to support the high street, obviously I made the weong decision.
Trip away now ruined.
