Thanks for taking time to leave a review and I’m sorry to hear that you missed the window for return.
Originally, the returns window was 14 days but based on customer feedback, this was increased to 28 days which we believe is more than enough time to arrange a return in any event.
It’s not a matter of us just saying no because we want to, but as the order is now outside the window, it means it can no longer be logged for return as it has expired and will no longer be accepted at the returns centre.
For future order, we do have a customer service team in place so please be sure to contact them if there are any issues with logging a return and a resolution will be provided.
