Delivery at home
I order often for my baby his formula goat milk kendamil from boots as it’s very hard to find it in the stores. Because I spend around 90€ for milk the delivery is for free, sometimes they would deliver it at tje door, but sometimes they would leave me the paper so that i go to post office to collect it myself.
If the delivery is for free you need to deliver it at the door, im always at home with the baby anyways.
Last time i ordered , I received my milk on 30th June friday, and they just left it at the door, where people are passing by and somebody could have stolen it!! are you for real? Even if they knocked at the door and I didnt hear, I have a child – it can happen. Why didn’t they call me?!!!
I called boots to complain that day and they just kept moving me from one line to another and I had to repeat like 4 times the story again. I won’t order again from boots, disappointed.
