Customer Service – Excellent.
I had mistakenly purchased a subscription when I had intended for a single access test.
I advise Customer Relations and not only were they prompt, polite, professional and understanding, they refunded the additional payment in full as an offer of goodwill.
They also have a range of tests available so you can always dip in and out as desired.
They also apparently have an opt- out/flexible selection (which I was unaware of), but either way, satisfaction guaranteed!
