I have been a client of bucherer for a couple of years now and my grandfather before me. We were seen by Jean Louis the assistant manager at Bucherer Selfridges. I have to say the service was impeccable.
We were invited into a room where we discussed the watches from Rolex and what my preferable watches are. His knowledge of the brand and especially the new releases was impressive to say the least. His questions were discreet although I’m an existing Rolex customer and it was a breath of fresh air to see Bucherer and Jean Louis actively trying to sieve out the resellers.
We talked he understood what the brand means to me and the specific watch I was after.
I have to add that what impressed me the most was one of my first encounters with Jean Louis.
As I was stood talking to him a quite high profile TV presenter/football pundit for CBS walked in. He continued the conversation with myself as usual until the conversation came to a natural finish. I didn’t feel rushed.
As I walked out I could see that she knew him in the way she greeted him.
He was as pleasant with her as he was with me, his unwavering customer service was impeccable.
