Had vehicle insurance coverage for 3 years. This July was renewal time and they wanted to over charge me from last year a additional $830.00 for the next renewal . No Tickets, No Accidents , Perfect record . Went to another insurer . BUT I asked Intact to have a AUDIT completed on the past three years coverage to see about over charges . It turns out they over charged me by $1450 over the 3 years. . Contacted the newly appointed agent to my case to cancel the policy two weeks before expiry date. To prevent unauthorized payment with drawal , Intact still took the payment causing overdraft problems Un-imaginal Service. Say Your Time and Money !
