I am sorry to hear about this experience you’ve had booking with us.
Unfortunately, if the pickup time passes and if you haven’t provided the flight number, the car rental supplier will not be aware of any delay, therefore, the supplier has the right to mark your booking as a no-show and, for this, no refund would be due as per the rental agreement. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
