I can confirm we dispatched your order with Next Day Service. Unfortunately the carrier was unable to deliver it on time.
Our shipping policy forms part of our terms of sale and is published on our website. It states that we make every effort to deliver on time but they are GUIDE TIMES and not Guaranteed Times.
It also states that once an order has been dispatched, It’s beyond our control.
When we were notified of the delay, we had it upgraded to Saturday delivery at our expense and it was delivered to you on time.
As evident from our 1000’s of reviews here on Trustpilot, our customer service is rated Excellent.
We tried to assist you the best we could but you asked us to create an exception / change our policies which we’re unable to do, I’m sorry.
