Thank you for the feedback. We wanted to clarify/address your concerns. You placed an order on our website at 10:47 pm on, April 28th. You inquired on April 29th, via email at 10:25PM, about delivery expectations. We responded to you immediately within exactly 6 minutes & gave you clear expectations that the free shipping you chose, will take 3-5 business days for shipment & processing could take 1-2 business days (you ordered very late on a Tuesday). We also stated business days exclude weekends & holidays.

You emailed us various times throughout the process (3-4 times) & we have responded to every single email promptly as well as via text. We take pride in the promptness of our email/text responses to our customers. So our communication shouldn’t be in question.

As far as delivery time goes, as stated in the email due to COVID-19 (a national/world pandemic), ALL shipping companies are experiencing delays (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). These delays are out of our control unfortunately & affect everyone using their services. We did/have however provided tracking information every step of the way until your iPad makes it safely into your possession. On top of that we are required by the CDC to take extra precaution to make sure devices are sanitized & all personnel involved are working safely. It absolutely has not been 2 weeks since you placed your order even if we include non-business days.

We understand your frustration & are working tirelessly to fulfill all orders, but the expectations were clear from our initial email & at the time of placing orders this time-frame is stated at checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience. Trust us, we would same-day hand deliver each product to our customers, if that were possible. It upsets us just as much, if not more, dealing with these delays.
