Hi All, I would say we have to trust them completely for booking our holiday tickets for better price. First I submitted requested its declined and I was worried, but I got the call immediately obliging on the issue and explained why that happened and helped me with booking with the ticket almost near that price becuae the availability of a flight changed and still I say it’s less price. The agent Emma really very kind and polite. She handled my booking very carefully and did what I asked and I gave 5 star for her attitude and handle the customer with care. All the best for her and cheers travel.
