1 star for Adam who rudely cut the previous chat off. Sadly now realise it’s the same person who was so rude to me in May that I received an official apology about his behaviour. Sadly the few good members of staff at Clarion are vastly outnumbered. Crazy that even after Clarion apologised to me for Adams behaviour last time he’s still at it! Probably wont help me leaving this review – but you can never let Clarion and their constant rudeness, lies and corruption win!!
Stay strong clarion residents, check your bills for the overcharging “mistakes” – £3,000 plus in the last 4 years in my case (didn’t want to put this up until it was proven)
