Coast Made an admin error and submitted my address wrongly to the one saved on my account! Paid for next day delivery! ,,, it came near, to the local sorting office but then got returned to sender in Nottingham!!! They were courteous enough to show me the delivery photo!
This Dress was the last dress so I literally begged the customer service agent to resend and not refund as need the dress for a wedding! Was told it had to be returned,, and reordered!! But will be refunded up to the 15th of August!!! So now I got to repay delivery,, the dress is costing my credit card double,,,after I wait for it to be returned and displayed on the Coast website,,,to then reorder it again,,, which could now be bought by someone else! The customer service handler also blamed me for the address fault,, so told me I can’t get delivery Costs refunded!! Not happy!!
10-08-2023 – AND STILL GETTING BLAMED FOR THE ADDRESS ERROR!! Despite two reviews saying this has happened to them
