I ordered a phone
I ordered a phone. It was to be here by Saturday of last week. As of today, August 17th, I have not received it. I’ve never had a phone, ordered from any other phone service, take more than 48 hours to receive. Comsumer Cellular was not concerned at all. Told me tracking had it in transit. I already knew that. It stayed at least 2 days at each facility it was at. Every other company uses UPS or FedEx. It’s here in a good time frame. I am considering refusing the delivery when does arrive and switching carriers.
