Friendly Help Saves the Day.
I had been looking for a Cheap Flight from LHR to North Carolina for a couple of Weeks, finally got my Dates nailed down & which Airport I wanted to fly too and found the Ideal Flight at a Good Price, although it was still being shown as “Available” online, it wasn’t. I was quite disappointed & despondent if being honest, when Lisa Smith from Crystal Travel Telephone me Out of the Blue. She had obviously been monitoring me while I attempted to Purchase said Ticket. Her phone call was very helpful, she said she would “ring the Airline to see why the Purchase had been declined” & ring me Back. This she did, that particular Promotional Fare had gone, I gave Lisa my “ideal travel plans”, Lisa searched and found me a different better Flight, although it wasn’t as Cheap, it was still very Reasonable. Lisa Smith Truly Saved the Day! Many Thanks Lisa.
