Vulnerability testing questions with Digital Ocean
My question involved doing vulnerability/pen testing on a web app hosted by digital ocean.
In their AUP, they say consent from DO is needed before testing, but I wasn’t able to find an address or contact form to ask for said consent.
I submitted a support ticket and received a reply the next day which answered all my questions and walked me through the process that happens in the event the testing consumes excessive resources requiring action from DO.
