Ignoring after made payment for an Order
Made payment for a Wallet Top Up through an Astropay Card 6 hours ago but nothing has been added to my account so far. The Site admin is not replying to my messages on WhatsApp, not answering my mails and literally ignoring me and refusing to acknowledge my order.
My order number 106217 amounting to USD 100 remains undelivered.
I am trying to contact the Seller in different platforms like Instagram but he is trying to avoid me and give excuses. If what I am saying is wrong he shall come here and deny it.
Edit : My order has been finally completed after a wait of few hours and am thankful for that. My request to them would be to inform the customer if on any day the order is going to take longer than usual. I have no problems to wait for a few extra hours if informed.
