Thank you for letting us know about your experience. Eneba is a third-party marketplace, so the refund policy for products sold on Eneba is different than the policies of the official gaming stores. All users agree with the Terms and Conditions when buying on Eneba for the very first time. The Eneba T&C states that If the product matches the description we’ve provided on the product page and the key is already displayed, we cannot refund an accidental purchase.
But even though your product cannot be refunded by the seller, a good workaround would be to either trade the key with a friend or re-sell it online!
As the issue was not caused by a mistake made by us or the seller, and the key is valid and working as well, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update your Trustpilot review! We will continue to work just as hard, if not, put even more effort into making sure that you have the best experience possible.
