Terrible customer service. At least 10 messages sent and no reply to any of them on several different platforms. Placed order weeks ago, had an email to say out of stock, even though it’s still listed as in stock on the website, selected a replacement but not update since. Items look good, and I actually have one that I received as a gift, but maybe that was just luck. I wouldn’t risk it though, as its likely a waste of money.
I’d be embarrassed if I worked for or owned this company, absolutely no customer service. Sort it out!
