Scammed me into a non-refundable upgrade
I purchased the trial program and before the purchase was complete they offered me a “one-time” upgrade price to sign up for one year. I thought the program seemed like something I would enjoy so I went for it. Apparently once you upgrade from the trial, your money becomes non-refundable, period! I didn’t even get to use the app because it didn’t work. I worked through tech support to resolve the issues, but the app froze, crashed, and cut off text and numbers that were important every time I used it. It would take me 30 minutes to log one meal because the app would crash 6 or 7 times or freeze and would have to restart it. The very next day I asked for a refund and they said no, because their policy is that when you upgrade, you are getting a discounted rate. Well I didn’t even use it for 1 day. This is fraudulent in my opinion and extremely bad business.
