Terrible customer support
I ordered an item and had to follow up several times before it was delivered well over the estimated date.
Imagine my disappointment finding out I had to now deal with the same team in order to process a return because the size did not fit.
It has been a month since logging the return and no one has come to collect it. I have called, emailed, contacted on social media. They simply ignore you.
Avoid purchasing online rather go into a physical location.
Note: The below reply from the G-STAR team is exactly what they said in emails but they never get back to you. Not even sure how they “assigned a case” when none of the order information is in this review. What a joke.
