I’m out $329 now! / Updated
My husband booked a room thinking he was on the hotel’s site. When he saw the total, he immediately canceled, but never got a refund despite reaching out to the company. Very disappointed, as $329 is a lot of money to us.
UPDATE: After some back & forth, Getaroom issued a full refund, so I’m raising my 1-star rating to 3-star. I am glad to have the refund but I can’t recommend this company until it changes its cancellation policy to align with other hotels. Thank you, Trustpilot, for existing so that people can seek redress this way. Good luck, everyone.
