We’re very sorry to hear about the issue with your new glasses.
Upon checking, the issue may have to do with the size and depth of your frames which in any case needs inspection to verify and be corrected. For the cases of correction, we send out some questionnaires to help our Dispensing Opticians identify the problem and provide a solution.
However if you have opted for a refund on this occasion, then let us know once you received a confirmation that we have your glasses so we can expedite the refund process.
