Weird system, helpful customer service
I liked that customer service was very helpful with helping me find a repair part for my chair. However, once we attempted to order the part, the system is very confusing in that we have to place multiple items in the cart but they somehow all translate into the one piece I actually needed. I crossed my fingers and put my faith in the system, but when two weeks went by without any updates from GT Racing, I called customer service. The representative explained that my order was never processed and had to be sent to the warehouse again. All I needed was a gas lift, but I ended up on a three-week journey. Fortunately, the part seems to be working, and the turnaround after the second order was very fast.
