I would not deal with them
I would not deal with them. I never received the clothes as the courier they use would not deliver to a post office, post box, parcel collect etc. despite their website allowing me to input it.
We live in an apartment block which is not secure so all deliveries have to go to the post office. I have never had trouble before with any other delivery from any other seller.
I asked for a refund and they gave it less $14.99 postage! And it was all in USD which when converted meant the refund was $25 less. So I ended up paying $40 for nothing.
Their customer service during the three weeks to try and sort this out was hopeless. I would recommend not buying off them. It’s too risky.
