Costly slow response
After finally, over 3 weeks later, I received a response from this company telling me to claim on insurance. Problem is, as they’ve taken so long to reply, it’s too late to do that so, left out of pocket because of this incredibly slow response. Never again. If you have a problem, they most certainly won’t sort it out, even with advance notice.
