I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the report.
As you are aware we have been corresponding with the surveyor reagrding your concerns, and whilst this is ongoing in light of your new comments, we have advised that the surveyor carried out a thorough inspection and provided you with a detailed report on his findings.
In cases such as this where the property is in reasonable condition, there will of course be less detail to provide. That does not take away from the surveyor’s time and expertise that have been put in to preparing the report.
I can assure you we take all feedback seriously and once we have concluded our investigations we will respond to you directly.
