Ordered £1900 worth of Pax wardrobes
Ordered £1900 worth of Pax wardrobes, paid for a scheduled delivery only to get a call at 4pm to say its not going to be delivered, took the day off work and now will have to take another.
To make matters worse, I’d paid some to assemble them over the weekend and have been forced to cancel and lose £350 due to their inability to deliver again even tho I’d payed extra.
Advised by the driver to call customer services to get my delivery refunded, which was an absolute waste of time, advisor sounded like he didn’t care and provided no viable solution, advised no managers on hand and they don’t speak to customers. Offered a £20 good will vouchers which was really offended, I’ve paid £50 for delivery.
Reading the terrible reviews, I think you need to evaluate your customer service as its shocking.
