When it works it’s great… but customer service poor when it doesn’t.
When it works it’s great, but twice now had parcels returned for no apparent reason. And if you contact customer service online, they don’t respond for a week, then send you a message saying they have been busy and ask if you still need help, if you say yes then you can wait another week for a response. Shockingly poor service.
