Jordan – Disappointed with Hotel Allocation & Extra charges

Booked a Holiday to Jordan in March for September 2023 with agent Terry

4* named Hotels were featured for the holiday

Asked Terry to allocate a preferred hotel from the named hotel options whilst booking but was told that the allocation would be made some 4 weeks before departure from one of the featured hotels and that our preferred hotel would be allocated or a alternative similar Luxury 4* Hotel

Last week we received an email from Jetline’s Jordan agent confirming the allocated hotels…. To our disappointment none of the hotels are 4* as advertised or as featured for the holiday. We were categorically told that it would be one of the hotels featured.

Further more we are now to our surprise told that there will be a $120 for entrance to all the sites which as far as we are concerned was all included in the holiday price and was not clarified as extra by Terry or on any tour paperwork received.

We have emailed Jetline Holidays as well as their Director Steve Roberts and their Jordan.. Agent
Al Thuraya Travel and Tours with our concerns.

Sadly no response so far…

Our booking reference for the Holiday is 4705419 and another couple traveling with us 4714974

Hopefully our issues will be resolved satisfactorily before we go on our holiday.

I will update this review on the outcome of our issues in due course.
