Avoid this company!
I ordered 5 items which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, already too late for me to be able to wear them during my holidays. Two of these items don’t fit and Kamoni is offering me a replacement, without the need for me to return the previous products, when I simply want a full refund. Additionally, the order came with no return slip so I gather that they want you to pay the return charges all the way to… China!?!? Yes, I thought I was ordering in the UK but, when tracking the products, I realised they were coming from China.
All in all, this company is not playing fair or following the normal procedures, which is something to report to higher levels, and therefore I would not advise buying anything from them.
