English postcode – sent to Afganistan!
What went wrong was that you sent my order to Afganistan!! The tracking details show correct address, and correct postcode, but due to blind stupidity, the parcel was sent to Afganistan.
You have kindly reimbursed me, nbut it must be an alert for EVERYONE in the shipping process to check the address BEFORE it gets sent to heathrow! Even at LHR, does no-one look at the poxy address label.
