Holly Reese is AWESOME!
Using the web interface to start the process was good. But, IMHO, the BEST thing about the whole process is when I talked directly with Holly Reese. Not only did she have an answer for each of my questions – there was a lot! – but she was always very calm, very professional and very personable. She even proactively reached out to me with a question via a phone call to ensure she understood what I needed.
I wanted to let you know that Holly deserves to be recognized within your organization – even if it’s just letting her manager know how good she is with your customers. She is AWESOME and very very professional and has only great things to say about your company. 🙂
