In addition to that, as this is a home test kit, three lancets will be provided for you to take the blood samples and instructions will be provided on your patient record on how to take the test. Should there be any issues, you can contact our Patient Advisory Team via message through your account, and either a replacement can be sent out to you, or we can partially refund you for the blood test kit you have been unable to take.
