Exemplary customer service! What an absolute delight to deal with Luxus. I have recently purchased a Lutyens garden bench for my Dad’s 80th birthday gift and having had a minor issue with the product Megan swept into action to get a new bench delivered within 24 hours of my call. Superb customer service, glorious garden bench, can not praise the team enough for their attentive service both at head office and on delivery, making me feel like a very important customer. I would highly recommend both their product and their ‘can do’ attitude.
