Never received the order
I ordered a memorial necklace and ornament on Oct 20, 2022 and never received the order. I finally got a refund on Jan 30, 2023. After numerous emails asking me to wait a couple days. I was given a shipping number that had it in California on Oct 27 (supposed to ship to Michigan), but it never left that location. Then I was given another shipping number that had a date of Jan 4, 2023, but it was a pre-shipping and never changed status. I understand that it was lost in the shipment, but they should have put another order in and I would have been happy, but that never happened. It is very frustrating when there isn’t a phone number and you have to communicate by email.
