They will take your deposit money…
They will take your deposit money and you’ll never see it again. They ask for a large 30% deposit upfront via bank transfer. They then canceled my insurance and gave me the run around for weeks pretending they would sort out a refund. But I got nothing. They will keep your money be warned!

There is no mistake in this review, I took out a motor trade insurance policy with you, policy number PPDMT1630363
You took a £600 deposit and canceled the policy within 28 days, I spoke to the insurance company who said that they received no funds from Mercury Insurance (the broker), I complained to you about this fact but you did not hear my complaint and kept the funds regardless. I was left uninsured and £600 out of pocket. If you want to put this right refund the money that you kept.
