We’re happy that our trimmer works well on your sensitive skin, better than a razor or regular trimmer. However, we’re sorry to hear that you’re not happy with our subscription offer.
We currently do not send reminder emails prior to a subscription renewal as most of our customers enjoy receiving their replacement blades on the scheduled schedule they created. When our customers reach out to our support team prior to the scheduled renewal date we would absolutely adjust or cancel their next subscription order.
Our customers can also adjust their subscription’s renewal date and interval or cancel the subscription directly through their Meridian account or by contacting our customer support team anytime.
We appreciate your feedback about the reminder emails and have forwarded it to our teams in an effort to improve customers’ experience continuously.
