I had some Internet trouble hiring a car in Indonisia – I could not get a confirmation.
An imployee at M-Broker could see that something was wrong, and called me by phone. In 5 minutes he did solve the problem, and I got the confirmation.
I was a nice unprovoked follow up, which ended successfully.
