We are very sorry about this but there has been some kind of misunderstanding. We did not ask the recipient to pick up the flowers. The florist tried multiple times to call the recipient to arrange delivery with her. We informed you as well by email that the florist needed to make contact with the recipient to arrange delivery, since the local shop was some distance away and the florist could not have delivered the flowers without assurance that there was going to be someone at the address to receive the flowers.
Following our email as per above, you informed us that the recipient was going to pick up the flowers herself. We never suggested the pick up. We only stated that the florist had to make contact with the recipient to arrange delivery, not pick up.
