We used Morton Christie Ltd to help us sell our online garden furniture retailing business Rattan and Teak.
We were admirably supported by Chris Elliott throughout the various stages of the sale from production of the initial information memorandum, seeking buyer interest, agreeing the heads of terms and then working with the buyers, solicitors, accounts etc to get the sale and purchase agreement right and the deal over the line.
Chris provided just the right mix of knowledge, insight, calm reassurance and positivity as we overcame the various hurdles that are typical when selling a business. We worked long days in our business and Chris was always flexible regarding when we scheduled calls etc which meant that our “9 to 5 daily business activities” were unimpacted whilst we progressed the sale.
