Regarding the issues you raised in your review, we want to address each point with clarity and transparency:

Missing Order Confirmation:
We deeply regret any inconvenience you faced due to not receiving your order confirmation promptly. Our automated email system is designed to seamlessly send out order confirmations, invoices, and tracking information. However, we acknowledge that there might be instances where these emails inadvertently end up in spam folders or are not received due to certain email settings. We understand how frustrating this can be and are actively working to improve our email communication processes.

Delivery Address:
As per the information we gathered from FedEx, there were challenges in the delivery process due to a faulty delivery address. FedEx attempted multiple deliveries, but they were unable to proceed due to the issues with the address provided. They also attempted to contact you for further guidance, but unfortunately, were unable to reach you. We recommended that you engage with the local FedEx office to rectify the address issue to ensure a successful delivery of the package.

Email Correspondence:
While you referred to an email sent in September 2022 regarding a refund request, we regret to inform you that we were unable to locate such correspondence within our records.

Refund Request:
As discussed in our recent email correspondence, we understand your disappointment in not receiving the package. However, we are unable to provide a refund due to the following reasons:

* The incident occurred over a year ago, and the reasonable time frame for reporting a missing package has since expired as per our Terms & Conditions.
* FedEx’s records indicate that they attempted to deliver the package, but were hindered by the incorrect delivery address. Despite their efforts to contact you via email and phone, they were unable to reach you.
* We recommended that you communicate with the local FedEx office to address the address issue and ensure successful delivery.
