Painful transfer made easy with Carys.

We were ported across to our previous supplier (BG) when our then current supplier went to the wall. Prices, service and behaviour wasn’t the best and we couldn’t jump anywhere because the offerings were so poor.

When the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance to escape and our bill is now £120 less a month based on our actual usage from last year. Just shows how people were exploited during those times.

The transfer has been seamless from the perspective of Octopus, BG dragged their heels on the Electricity side of things and that’s needed me to chase them a number of times, but Carys at Octopus has always been there to help and support throughout.

First pressing are good and I know a number of people are interested in moving too, so hopefully my review will convince you to give it a go.
